Darex company was established in 1992. It's main business is concentrated on import, distribution (wholesale), retail and processing of wooden-based board materials and furniture fittings, and is one of the key suppliers of furniture production in local market.

In mid 1998, Darex opened a branch office in Belgrade and entered the furniture industry, supplying raw materials and complete furniture elements, and expanding its warehouse and production capacities.
